DetailsHere is a batch of 15 old mussels including 12 round flats and 3 cupcakes. They date from the late 19th or early 20th century. They are delightful to use them in decoration.
Some are a bit rusty, it's very "shabby chic" for an old-fashioned French decoration, but do not use them to cook.
They are delightful with their old patina! I let their future owner decide if he wants to clean them completely and make them shine.
