DetailsThese magnificent oyster plates with their barbotine decor and their hand-painted decoration represent the must of what is done for the tasting of these shells of the sea. Each decoration is of course unique.
Their moss motif carries a pretty deep blue-green color evoking the freshness of the sea and the immensity of the oceans.
These marvels of 25 cm are endowed with seven sites for this great seashell present for centuries In the refinement of French cuisine.
The pottery factory in Niderviller, one of the oldest in Lorraine, is the only one in the region to have manufactured porcelain with Sarreguemines earthenware. The manufacture was created at Niderviller (Moselle) in 1735.
Many museums exhibit pieces made in Niderviller.
