Here is an exceptional and extremely rare item to find. It is complete with the period palette and brushes: a hand painted wooden bridge from the years 1930-40.

It is complete, all period screws are there, the interior drawer compartment for the paint, as well as the leather handle.
One imagines a painter of the beginning of the century to walk along the Seine and to put his easel in a bucolic and romantic place.

Moreover, the points that are at the end of the easel are there to stabilize the bridge and prevent the wood from sinking into the ground.

One can also imagine the painter installing his easel in the district of Montmartre in Paris to paint a watercolor of the Sacred Heart.
