DetailsHere is an exceptional and rare old wooden roller. He served in Italy by made ravioli pasta. Small empty spaces to make Pasta shapes.
It is in perfect condition despite its age. There are small nails that hold the pieces of wood. Said to easily date this item at the end of the 19th century or earlier 20th century.
It is nickel. It is not broken or damaged despite its 100 years! The handles are round and not elongated as this is for half of 20th century roll. This also allows to date.
Very rare find!
