DetailsHere is a lovely old iron french 19th century.
This is a brand Peugeot. Recognized the drawing of lion arabesques on top of the iron.
This is a model where we put hot coals or hot coal to heat the iron and ironing the linen. It is beautiful as it has over 130 years. This type of iron is typical of 19th century. The irons Peugeot making began in 1866.
The handle is made of wood. It has a slit at the back but it gives it lots of old charm.
Made of cast iron, it can be used as decoration in any room in the House, but also outside.
A striking french full of romance and charm to the old!
